I had to book my first appointment two months in advance because that was the earliest they could 'let me come in'. The owner was very rude to me on the phone then, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I thought he was just a bit overwhelmed by the response to the Spreets vouchers. As the months went by I saw the bad reviews pile up online and got extremely nervous, so in the week before my appointment I called several times to confirm my booking but they never answered the phone or replied to my voicemails.
While on the bus to my appointment (after having applied the expensive numbing cream) Artie rang me to say that all 10 of his machines had suddenly overheated and that my appointment had been pushed back 3 hours to 9pm. It wasn't ideal but at least I still had an appointment. I rang at 8.30pm to check the progress, he was SO rude to me and blamed me for him and a staff member having to stay back late for my appointment and told me to call back before I left the house at 9pm.
So after applying a 2nd round of numbing cream and getting ready to leave I rang him, again and again for half an hour but there was no answer... I rang and left voicemails for the next two days with no response, eventually he answered the phone on Friday and I asked him what had happened to my appointment, why he wouldn't return my calls and why he would leave me calling until 9.30pm instead of just telling me my appointment was cancelled? Instead of answering any of my questions he just said "you weren't calling until 9.30pm, you called till 9.20pm, I heard the phone ringing."
I have never been treated so rudely by someone, especially a person I've never done anything to nor ever met before. Apparently he was too busy to take or return my phone calls, he offered no apology or a next appointment and when I told him there were a tonne of bad reviews about him online that were making me nervous about his intentions to uphold my appointment he said he would offer me a refund as a sign of his integrity. Well that refund never happened so I had to take my matter to the Office of Fair Trading which they thankfully resolved for me.
Even if you do manage to get an appointment at this business, I honestly don't think it's worth enduring the bullying and bad manners dished out by this manager in return. He upset me every single time we spoke. Life is too short.

So far i haven't even had a service and i have received the worst customer service. After 4 x weeks trying too get through to make an appointment, i finally gave up leaving messages at the Zensarah Crows nest and called the Zensarah Neutral Bay salon. I was greeted by a Man who picked up the phone who was rude and abrupt letting me know that they have been terribly busy. My thoughts were, all i just wanted was to make an appointment. The man told me i can only make after work appointments, which was fine. I would have not bothered going to Zensarah, but unfortunately i have paid an up front free with spreets. Today was my first appointment, and too my surprise the salon was closed. I waited 45mins and other people showed for their appointments too. There was a line outside the salon. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I live locally and if they gave out the proper service i would definitely come back or even recommend to others. To others out there look at the bad reviews listed on the internet. If you are deciding on purchasing a service. DONT.. Go somewhere else.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. My experience with the manager of this salon was terrible! They rescheduled my appointment at the last minute due to the "machines being replaced" and when I eventually was able to make a second appointment I was made to wait in the reception for over 20 minutes after my appointment time with no explanation of why there was a delay. I then asked how long it was going to be and the gentleman was quite abrupt in telling me that he could not kick clients out and the reason for delay was the machines needed a break that day. I don't understand why supposed "new machines" that had been replaced the week prior would need a break? I believe that was just an excuse to cover up their incompetence to manage appointments. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS SALON!
