My story.
On the advice of a shop assistant at Officeworks I purchased an external WD Passport drive expecting it to be a ‘back up’ drive – which of course it didn’t turn out to be. So when my hard drive crashed I was left with encrypted data files on the external WD drive and no way of restoring these to my computer.
I phoned the WD Australasia office located in Singapore who recommended I contact CBL Data Recovery Technologies in Redcliffe. Which of course I did. I was greeted by Vicky over the telephone who was extremely empathetic to my plight and provided me with great customer service.
Over the course of the next couple of days, the technicians were able to sort out my dilemma and restore my files – in a format I could use!.
Both Vicki and Katie, front office staff at CBL, were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me through what seemed to me to an ordeal that should never have occurred.
Thanks CBL for so gallantly coming to my rescue.
