I felt that the staff were not very welcoming, and the environment was indeed quite cold. The woman at the front desk should not be in customer service as she is quite rude, and bitchy. Walked out of the salon feeling like I would definitely never return.
Hamish was lovely, and professional. It is a shame that the staff he hired are seriously lacking in people skills, and don't know how to smile are not genuine when they manage to squeeze one out.
