We've used MTV twice now. The first time was about 2 years ago and they were fantastic. BUT THUS TIME - it was like a different shop. Messy, dirty and it took ages to get serviced. When they did finally get to me they were not able to tell me what I needed to know. They promised to call me with the information and then didn't. I called them and they still didn't call me back. FOUR TIMES!! When they finally did get everything I ordered they forgot things when they delivered it. And then they wanted me to drive out there again to pick the missing pieces up.
